What it is
Properly the Book of Coming Forth by Day. Around two hundred spells, drawn on selectively, including Spell 125, the negative confession before the forty-two judges, and the weighing of the heart against the feather of Maat.
Read it with this in mind
It is not a book. No two copies are the same, there is no fixed order, and buyers chose spells from what a workshop had available. Treating it as a single scripture is the commonest error made about it.
